FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE LICENSE TERMS BELOW WILL RESULT IN A $100 FINE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

The owner ("Owner") of the copyrighted photograph being purchased (the "Work"), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce and distribute the copyrighted Work, in personal electronic publications and social media outlets, including personal Web pages.

You are prohibited from using the Work for any other purpose, including: using the Work in print media; selling or distributing electronic copies of the Work as standalone files; distributing the Work in or as part of an electronic template (e.g., as an image available in a word processing or Web page creation application) intended to be reproduced by third parties on electronic or printed products; using or displaying the Work on Web sites or in any other medium designed to induce or involving a sale (including sale, business, or breeding ads), license or other distribution of “on demand” products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, calendars, posters, fliers and other similar items; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark or logo. Images may not be used in any contest or third party promotion of any kind. The personal web use rights of the image do not transfer to any other individual or company. If you fail to comply with the terms of this license you will be billed for the additional unapproved use of the image. 

You are prohibited from editing or altering the image in any way. Cropping or applying any premade filter is not allowed. If the provided image is watermarked, the watermark must remain visible and legible at all times. 

Owner retains all other rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute the Work in all markets and territories.

By downloading this image you give Haley Johnson/HLJ Images the right to use this image on all forms of social media and print without further authorization or royalty payment of any kind.

In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay the Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges will be honored.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by the Owner, now or in the future.
